You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. If downloadable content is offered, You may temporarily download one copy for transitory viewing.
You may not:
– Modify or copy the Content;
– Create derivative works from or exploit the Content;
– Use the Content for any public or commercial purpose;
– Attempt to reverse engineer any software from the Platform;
– Remove any copyright or proprietary notations;
– Share, transfer, or mirror content to other platforms.
Violation of these terms will result in automatic termination of Your license.
Public Forums and Communications
Public Forums may be available to discuss services or content. Participation is voluntary. If You participate, You are responsible for the content You post (“User Content”) and must ensure it is accurate and lawful.
By submitting User Content, You grant DigitalBizz a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes, unless You notify us otherwise in writing.
Code of Conduct
You agree to:
– Use the Platform lawfully;
– Refrain from posting hateful, defamatory, or violent content;
– Avoid uploading or distributing malware or attempting unauthorized access;
– Not impersonate others;
– Refrain from bullying, spamming, scamming, or violating the privacy of other users.
DigitalBizz reserves the right to remove violating content and suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform at its sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided on the Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, images, software, and content—are the exclusive property of DigitalBizz (“DigitalBizz IP”). You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of DigitalBizz IP without prior written permission.
You acknowledge that You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform.
Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback You submit may be used by DigitalBizz without any obligation to compensate You. By submitting Feedback, You grant us full rights to use and adapt it as we see fit.
Payments and Refunds
To access certain content or services, You may be required to pay a fee (“Service Fee”). These payments are processed via third-party gateways. Please refer to our pricing on the Platform and consult the respective payment processor’s policies for more information.
Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy, all purchases are non-refundable.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITALBIZZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these exclusions may not apply to You.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will DigitalBizz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Platform or its content.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DigitalBizz, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of Your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Platform or this Agreement.
